they say being a leader, you have to make wise decisions and listen to your followers.

what if the wise decision you make are not agreed by some of your followers, and they seem bent on not listening to you, what the hell are you supposed to do?


you would be labeled a 'bad leader' and lose your followers.
especially since when you come from a UG background, it's best to have everything in uniform or in proper order, rather than have things lying here and there, in which you have no information whatsoever of it. isn't this a big mess then?
