omg?! i think i just witnessed or am witnessing a strange phenomena!

you know when it's about to rain at night, the sky would appear 'red' right? (because of the orange flourescent lamps all over the city)

right now, there's one of these gimongous low-hanging cloud which indicates it's about to rain.

when i first saw it, it was BRIGHT RED. like SCARLET. then it got a little brighter within 2 secs, and FLICKERED from red to Red to RED to red to RED to Red and so on. THE COLOUR AND BRIGHTNESS CHANGES SO FAST YOU'D THINK IT WERE FLICKERING LIGHTS!!!

there's some weird flourescent lamp electrofunk going on somewhere, causing all flourescent lamps to go haywire in a district

factory fire.. but then, you can't make a giant flicker like that

magic. yeah. harry potter. like Incendio or fiendfyre or dumbledore/voldemort fire
